Campgrounds
You will pass many established campgrounds on the Sheltowee Trace. Below is a list of all established campgrounds and their fees. They are mostly listed in order from the northernmost campground to the southernmost campground on the Sheltowee Trace. Some campgrounds are seasonal, and some are open all year. Some require fees online or at the campground. Some campgrounds are free, but most require a fee anywhere from $5 to $29 a night. Please check with campground officials to verify the fees and availability. Mileage markers are southbound and based on the current edition of Outragis' maps. (However, the current edition of these maps is not updated nor accurate.) For additional information and links to camping options, visit our Passes & Permits page.
